A living Sacrifice?

 A living sacrifice?

The apostle Paul writes,

Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. 

  And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death—even death on a cross!” Philippians 2:5-8.

Humility is hard to come by in the twenty-first century. All to often people consider themselves better than others. They say they “have their rights” and have the attitude that their rights out weigh your rights.

Becoming a Christian, a true believer in Christ Jesus means giving everything to God. The apostle Paul writing,

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.  

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:1,2.

So my Question to you as a believer in Christ Jesus is; Is your life a living sacrifice to God? Have you truly given everything to God?
