I lift my head up

I lift my head up
The Psalmist writes,

"I lift up my eyes to the hills— 

where does my help come from? 

My help comes from the LORD, 

the Maker of heaven and earth." 

                                                Psalm 121:1,2.

Where does your strength come from? Those around you? Your abilities? God?
Isaiah the prophet writes,

“Even youths grow tired and weary 

and young men stumble and fall;

but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. 

They will soar on wings like eagles; 

they will run and not grow weary they will walk and not faint."

                                                                                                   Isaiah 40:30,31.

Speaking through personal experience I can say that the above quotes are true. God is truly there for anyone who trusts him even in the darkest times.
All I can say to anyone who doesn’t believe what I say is to read the Bible.
